Emails blocked

As many internet providers are blocking spam emails, unfortunally sometimes internet providers also block emails from our system to you.

When you register to our system, you will receive a password immediately by return email. Also when you ask for a password renewal, also then the password is sent immediately by our system.

If this is not the case, it is very likely that your email provider blocks emails coming from our system.

We also noticed that emails sent to simkits support (support@simkits.com) do reach us, but when we reply, an email bounce is experienced so you might think that we do not react. We react mostly within a few hours or in any case the next business day.

We are working on a new system that will allow us to communicate with you even if your internet provider blocks our emails.

When you order a TRC472 Flight Deck from Simkits, we directly start building your Simulator with the utmost care to ensure you get the highest quality. This also means your simulator has to be packed very carefully, so it will not get damaged during transport.

At this moment, we are very busy building several TRC472 Flight Decks. Here is a picture of some TRC 472 Flight Decks placed in our new warehouse, almost ready for shipment. They are shipped all over the world.

The 1st of January, TRC Simulators/Simkits moved to a brand new office. Now we have production, development, sales and warehousing all on the same premises. This means our lead time for orders went down from 15 business days to 5 to 10 business days.
