Do you ship to all countries in the world?

Yes we do, however there are some restricted countries due to US Government restrictions on certain electronic parts. A list of countries where we are not allowed to ship to will be published shortly

In some cases we can not ship to certain countries, due to the acceptance of credit card payment.

Please notify us if you experience this kind of problems when using our shop. We are using Cardgate – a well known payment clearing house – for our payment handling. If an order is refused, due to this system, we accept such orders by prepayment on our bank account. A pro-forma Invoice will be sent to you with our banking details in order to fulfil your request for products. We also welcome this way of payment if you are hesitating to use your credit card for internet based payments.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept most creditcards, direct payment to our bank and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks. Please look for all payment possibilities in your shopping basket on our website.

How do you ship and how long will delivery take?

We ship our products using UPS international courier service or PostNL (Dutch Post). You can choose between different shipping methods, like overnight courier service, the quickest but expensive way to receive your order within a few days by UPS or standard service by PostNL which normally takes between 8 and 14 days but due to extra security measures it might take much longer. (See also extra information on shipping.) UPS shipments can be tracked using the tracking service option on the UPS site: www.ups.com

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is very secure. We never save any payment information, since we don’t receive this information from our payment clearing house and paypal.

What exactly happens after ordering?

This depends on the product you have purchased. Some products are in stock and will be packed directly. Other products are made on order. It will take about 10 business days to ship your order if some products are made on order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you do receive an invoice for your order. The invoice will be included in the shipment, and will be send to you as a pdf-file. You can also download a copy of your invoice from your account section.

Can I pick-up ordered products from your warehouse?

Preferably not. Since our shipping process is fully automated, we prefer to ship via the standard method like UPS and PostNL.
